How do I check my portrait's progress?
You will receive periodic progress portraits via email.
What if I don’t like my oil portrait?
If you are unhappy with any progress photo of your portrait you may
request a 're-work' at no extra cost. Once your
final approval is given there can be no 're-works' done.
Can I request modifications to my painted portait?
Yes, upon uploading your photograph you may enter special instructions
in the comments box, ie. – clear the background and paint
it yellow.
Does it have to be a people portrait?
No, Pandapix can paint pet portraits, homes or even a favourite landscape.
Are there recommended minimum photo characteristics to ensure my
portrait comes out well?
Yes, we recommend that your uploaded photograph be at least
3 Megapixels to ensure a high quality oil portrait.
